Privacy Policy
This document explains what personal data the avangardgroup.ae website collects, why it is needed, who it is shared with and how long it is kept. It is written in plain language, without references you cannot verify.
Who processes the data
The data controller is Avangard Group L.L.C-FZ, a company registered in Meydan Free Zone (Meydan City Corporation), Dubai, UAE, trade licence No. 2651982.01, registered address: Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E.

We do not request or collect special category data: health, religious beliefs, political opinions or biometrics. If you send such details in the message field on your own initiative, they are processed as part of your enquiry and deleted on request.
Why we use it
- to reply to your enquiry and discuss your situation;
- to prepare a proposal and, if you become a client, to provide services under the engagement;
- to keep an internal record of enquiries so nothing is lost if a delivery fails;
- to understand which pages of the site are useful — in anonymised form.
We do not sell personal data, do not share it with advertising networks and do not use it for mailings you have not subscribed to.
Legal basis
The basis for processing is your consent, given when you submit the form. For clients under an engagement, the basis also includes performance of the contract and compliance with UAE requirements on accounting, tax and anti-money laundering.
We follow the principles of UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL): we process the minimum data necessary, for stated purposes, for a limited period.
Where the data goes
An enquiry submitted on the site reaches our server and is then delivered to Telegram, into the personal chats of the team members who handle it. That means a cross-border transfer: Telegram Messenger processes messages on its own servers outside the UAE, under its own terms and privacy policy. By submitting the form you also consent to that transfer.
If you would rather your details did not pass through Telegram, message us on WhatsApp or ask us to reply by email — we will handle the enquiry without the form.
No data is shared with any other third party, except where required by law or by a competent UAE authority.
How long we keep it

How we protect it
- the site runs over HTTPS and the form is submitted to the server over a secure connection;
- service access keys are stored on the server, not in the page source;
- the enquiry log is closed to access from the internet;
- only the team members who handle enquiries have access to them;
- in session recordings the form fields are masked — the contents of the name, contact, company and message fields are not recorded.
Analytics and cookies
The site uses Yandex.Metrica (counter 111464066) for anonymised statistics: traffic, referral sources, on-page behaviour. Metrica uses cookies and may collect technical data such as device type, browser and approximate region. This data does not identify you personally and is not matched by us against the contents of enquiries.
You can switch this off in your browser: block cookies, enable "Do Not Track", or install the Yandex.Metrica opt-out. The site works either way.
Your rights
- Find out what data we hold about you and receive a copy.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Delete data where it is no longer needed for the purposes it was collected for and the law does not require us to keep it.
- Withdraw consent at any time, without giving reasons. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out beforehand.
- Object to processing or ask us to restrict it.
- Complain to the competent UAE data protection authority if you believe your rights have been breached.
To exercise any of these rights, message us on Telegram or WhatsApp. We reply within one working day and complete the request within a reasonable period, normally no more than 30 days.
Changes to this policy
We may update this document — for example when the services we use or the legal requirements change. The effective date is shown at the top of the page. Material changes are reflected in the text rather than applied retroactively.
