Outsourced accounting for UAE companies
We take on the entire finance function: posting bank statements and invoices, closing the month, preparing and filing VAT and corporate tax returns, calculating payroll and paying it through WPS. You get numbers you can make decisions on, and deadlines nobody misses. The tariff depends on one thing — transaction volume — and starts at AED 2,000 per month.
- Fee
- from AED 2,000 / month
- Priced by
- transactions per month
- Format
- fully remote
- Languages
- English, Russian, Arabic
Who this is for
- Free zone and mainland companies that need books kept to FTA standards, not a folder of receipts assembled in December.
- Businesses where accounting rests on one person — and stops when that person is on leave, ill or gone.
- Companies counting on the 0% rate in a free zone: Qualifying Free Zone Person status requires audited accounts, and those cannot be produced from unposted documents.
- Groups with several entities or countries that need one consistent picture instead of three sets of books that never reconcile.
- Anyone who has already been penalised and wants past periods closed once and for all.
What the retainer covers
| Area | What we do |
|---|---|
| Bookkeeping | post bank statements, sales and purchase invoices, expense claims and staff advances |
| Monthly close | reconcile balances, book accruals, close the period — the numbers are not "assembled" at year end |
| Reporting | balance sheet, profit and loss, cash flow — in a form your bank and auditor accept |
| VAT | track the rolling AED 375,000 threshold, prepare and file returns, check supplier invoices before the deduction reaches your return |
| Corporate tax | calculate the taxable base, prepare and file the annual return, monitor the conditions for reliefs |
| Payroll and WPS | calculation, the payment file through your bank or an authorised operator, payslips and salary certificates |
| Documents | tax invoices, proformas, payment instructions, board resolutions — to FTA requirements |
| Audit preparation | assemble the pack the auditor asks for and answer their queries on your behalf |
What it costs
The price follows the number of transactions per month — bank payments, invoices and other postings. No "from" figure that changes after onboarding: the tariff is clear up front.
| Tariff | Transactions per month | Fee |
|---|---|---|
| Start | up to 20 | AED 2,000 / month |
| Working | up to 50 | AED 3,000 / month |
| Active | up to 100 | AED 5,000 / month |
| Volume | up to 500 | AED 7,000 / month |
| Maximum | up to 1,000 | AED 10,000 / month |
Individual services, if you need them one-off:
| Service | Fee |
|---|---|
| VAT registration | AED 2,000 |
| Corporate tax registration | AED 2,000 |
| VAT + corporate tax registration as one package | AED 3,000 |
| VAT return | AED 1,500 |
| Corporate tax return | AED 2,000 (simplified form) · AED 4,500 (full form) |
| Payroll and WPS, up to 5 employees | from AED 500 |
| Document preparation (tax invoice and similar) | from AED 25 per document |
| Reconstruction of a past period | by transaction volume |
What else moves the price. The number of entities, currencies and bank accounts, whether there is inventory and payroll, and the state of the books when we take over. If the previous period was never closed, reconstruction is quoted separately — which is more honest than a cheap retainer with surcharges appearing later.
How the work runs
- Review. We look at the licence and activities, turnover, transaction volume, the current state of the books and your tax registrations. We come back with a tariff and a list of what needs closing in the past.
- Engagement and access. We sign, then get view access to the bank, the accounting software and your FTA portal.
- Handover. We collect the current period's documents, reconcile balances and record discrepancies in writing. If earlier periods are open, we reconstruct them.
- Ongoing work. We keep the books through the month, close the period, deliver the reporting and flag deadlines in advance rather than on the day.
- Filing periods. We prepare and file VAT and corporate tax returns and handle correspondence with the FTA.
What you get every month
- a closed period and clear numbers: what you earned, what you owe, where the cash is;
- reporting in a form your bank, free zone and auditor accept;
- a calendar of upcoming deadlines, with advance reminders;
- an answer within one working hour, in your language.
What happens without proper books
These are not scare tactics but the amounts in the current rules — and the reason most clients come to us:
| Situation | What it costs |
|---|---|
| Corporate tax registration missed | AED 10,000, regardless of whether you had income |
| Corporate tax return not filed | AED 500 for each month started, AED 1,000 from month 13 |
| Tax paid late | 14% per annum, charged monthly |
| VAT threshold crossed unnoticed | AED 10,000 plus the tax for the whole missed period |
| Wages paid late | new work permits blocked from day five |
| No documents for the audit | the free zone will not renew the licence, QFZP status is not supported |

Why you can hand us the books
- We are a UAE resident firm, not an intermediary. Avangard Group L.L.C-FZ, Meydan Free Zone licence No. 2651982.01; accounting and tax consultancy are licensed activities. The details are open and verifiable in the free zone registry.
- It is a team, not one bookkeeper. Tax, accounting, legal and HR are handled by different specialists, and work does not stop when someone is away.
- Two pairs of eyes. Calculations are reviewed by someone other than the person who made them.
- The group has practised since 2008 and carries professional indemnity insurance. Those are group-level credentials, not the Dubai entity's — we keep that distinction explicit.
- We work in cloud software compatible with FTA requirements, so you can see your data at any time and the 2027 move to e-invoicing will not be a scramble.
We will quote the tariff and show what needs closing
Send us your licence and a rough transaction count per month. We will look at the state of the books and your tax registrations, name the tariff and tell you whether anything is outstanding from earlier periods. The review is free.
