Industrial.AI — AI for production process planning

Process planning is the bottleneck in most machine-building plants. A contract goes to a competitor not because the part cannot be made, but because the quote and the lead time were not ready in time. Industrial.AI takes an engineering drawing and returns routing, operation cards, time norms, tooling selection and a documentation package — in about ten minutes, on the plant's own servers.

The problem we solve

Process planning stays manual, subjective and dependent on a handful of senior engineers who are getting harder to hire. The figures we work from when we talk to plants:

FigureWhat sits behind it
4–16 hoursto process a single drawing manually
70%of a process engineer's time goes on routine
66%of plants report a shortage of process engineers
up to 20%of contracts lost on slow cost estimates

Industrial.AI does not replace the engineer — it removes the routine and makes the calculation reproducible. Every number traces back to the rule and coefficient that produced it, so the result can be checked rather than taken on trust.

The pipeline

The system splits the job into stages, each handled by its own agent — hence the multi-agent architecture: dozens of drawings are processed in parallel rather than in a queue.

StageWhat happens
Drawingupload, noise removal, decomposition into components
Recognitionpart features identified, required parameters validated
Routingproduction route built, operations detailed
Norms and toolingtime norms calculated against your standards, tooling and material analogues selected
Documentationroute and operation cards, specifications, bills of materials

Why it works for plants

PropertyWhat it gives you
Speeda drawing processed from 10 minutes instead of hours of manual work
Accuracytime norms from your standards and historical data, not from a guess
Scalabilitydozens of drawings processed in parallel
Securitydeployed on the customer's servers; data never leaves the perimeter
Transparencyevery calculation shows the rules and coefficients applied
Trainabilityingests historical data, regulatory documents and equipment specifications
Integrationdata exchange and document generation in ERP and MES

Nothing leaves the perimeter. Industrial.AI runs on the plant's own servers. That is a deliberate constraint: design documentation is not the kind of material you send to an external cloud. For the same reason every decision is logged — when a number is challenged, you can show what produced it.

Editions

The licence is perpetual; support under SLA is priced separately. The entry edition covers drawing recognition and time norms; higher editions add historical data, ERP and MES integration, a web interface with calculation justification, and predictive analytics.

EditionWhat is includedLicence
Basedrawing recognition, noise removal, decomposition, time normsfrom $11,250
Standardplus historical data, regulatory documents, routing, operations, web interfaceper project
Professionalplus ERP and MES integration, calculation justification, bills of materials and process sheetsper project
Enterpriseplus material consumption, standard routes, predictive analytics, full integrationper project

A full feature-by-feature comparison is in the deck — we send it on request together with an estimate for your equipment park.

The rest of the line

The same multi-agent platform powers the other products — all deployed on the client's server and trained on the client's own data.

ProductWhat it does
Lawyer.AIcontract review in 1–5 minutes: risky clauses, references to case law, rephrasing and claim letters
Estimator.AIturns PDF, image and Excel specifications into a priced estimate and a proposal in 3–10 minutes
SalesManager.AItranscribes and scores sales calls against the script, writes the result back to the CRM
Assistant.AIanswers questions from the corporate knowledge base in 1–3 seconds across PDF, DOCX, XLSX and scans
Seller.AIhandles inbound leads around the clock, creates deals in the CRM, escalates to a human
Auditor.AIfinds errors and inconsistencies in accounting and reporting before an external auditor does

Alongside them, narrower solutions on the same platform: demand and sales forecasting, extraction of structured data from unstructured documents, meeting protocols, a chatbot builder, predictive equipment maintenance, technical inspection from photo and video, solar output forecasting, recruitment and onboarding.

How we work

StageWhat happens
1. Pre-project assessmentwe map your drawings, standards and systems before anything is priced
2. Pilot on your own dataa measurable result on real parts, inside your perimeter
3. Deployment and integrationERP, MES and PLM connected, your team trained
4. Support under SLAfixed response times and continuous model improvement

The product site for this line is ai.avangardgroup.ae. It covers the processing pipeline, the editions and the rest of the product family in more detail, and takes requests for a demo on your own drawings.

Frequently asked questions

Engineering drawings in the common formats, including scans and raster images — the pipeline has a dedicated noise-removal stage. The exact list for your archive is settled during the pre-project assessment: the quality of the source files directly drives how many drawings pass without manual correction.
Yes. The system is deployed on your servers and the processing loop makes no calls to external services. That is an architectural constraint rather than a setting: design documentation cannot be handled any other way.
We do not quote days before the assessment — it depends on the state of your archive, your equipment park and which systems must be connected. The sequence is fixed: assessment, pilot on your data, deployment, support. The pilot shows the result on real parts before the main investment.
Through the documented API: the system pulls material stock, equipment characteristics and operation costs, and pushes bills of materials and process sheets back. Partial integration is part of the Professional edition, full integration of Enterprise.
The result has to be justified. The system calculates against your standards and historical data, and shows the rules and coefficients behind every figure. An unexplained answer will not be accepted by a process engineer or released to the shop floor — so transparency is built into the architecture rather than bolted on.
We do, under an SLA: fixed response times and continuous improvement of the models on your data. Support is priced from the edition and scope, starting at $3,750 a year.
